OliHarri Creations Terms and Conditions

Any bespoke orders will be made and shipped within around 3 to 4 weeks of date of order and payment clearing.

However this is subject to change and may take longer during busy periods like Christmas, Valentines day, Mothers day, fathers day and the Wedding season.

Any ready made items will be sent within 1 - 3 working days.

All items sent within the UK (unless stated otherwise) are sent on a 2nd class signed for service as standard.

All items sent to America, Australia and Europe are sent Internationally Tracked, these have an average delivery time of 10 working days but may take up to 21 working days. Please consider this when ordering, especially if you have a specific time frame

Due to the nature of our handmade products and the fact that each is designed to perfectly suit your needs, I cannot accept refunds on bespoke or personalised orders

If you do have any problems with your order however please do contact me and I will endeavour to help you in any way I can.

Damages will need to be photographed and we will rectify the situation for you.

Any cancellations of bespoke orders must be made within 48 hours otherwise there is a chance your item may be in the making process.

For ready made items and non bespoke items, cancellations must be made within 24 hours as there is a chance it is already with the delivery service.

If you need your items quickly and they are required for a specific date please do use the 'contact us' form to send a message with your requirements, we can offer fast tracked and speedier postal services if it is necessary. Fast tracked rush orders may not always be possible though.
